CMHA Weyburn Mental Health Week Events and Information

May 1st to 7th 2023 is mental health week, the theme to CMHA’s Mental Health Week is #MYSTORY, and this year CMHA’s are asking people to share their story.  We know that collectively and individually, we have multiple layers and stories that make us who we are; and each, and every one of us have mental health.  We all have different, yet equally valuable stories; we can share our stories to raise awareness and send a message that universal mental health care is important and needed now!

We encourage you to share your story by using hashtag #MyStory & #MentalHealthWeek to shine a light on your personal journey, a program you offer, how your community supports the mental health of others, how important mental health care is, or maybe even things you have in place to support your own mental health.
